Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

For Saunas: You will get an email with your order confirmation as soon as you place it. This indicates that we have pre-authorized your credit card for the transaction and have accepted your order in our system. As soon as we get your order, we immediately contact our suppliers to inquire about availability and stock status. We will nullify the pre-authorization and email you if your item is backordered or unavailable. If your item(s) are ready to ship right away (within 5 business days), we'll process the payment and send the order to the shipping department. Orders are only processed upon receipt of payment. If payment is done by bank transfer the funds can take 1-2 business days to arrive and then the order will be processed.

For all other items: Orders on average take between 1-3 business days to process and another 4-6 business days to reach you.

Canadian Spa's hot tubs and swim spas have a lead time of 1-2 weeks.

Hand made / Custom / Make to order products: Some products are custom made or make to order and have longer lead times. These items can take between 2-12 weeks (depending on the product) to produce and ship. Please contact us at sales@fitnessrecoverylab.com to get an estimated delivery time if you have questions about the products delivery time.

For all other items: Orders take between 1-3 business days to process.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Within 24 hours of your item leaving the warehouse, we will e-mail the email address you provided at checkout with tracking information. Feel free to contact us at sales@fitnessrecoverylab.com if, after six business days, you have not received tracking information from us regarding your order.

Shipping is only available in the United States of America in the below 48 states. There is no international shipping.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico depend on the product. Shipping will be charged additionally for these 3 states.

We make every effort to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Based on information from our suppliers and shipping firms, we give approximate shipment dates, which are subject to change at any moment. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenging times (due to supply chain challenges, the steel mills behind on creating metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the tremendously high demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and port personnel, and so on).

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping usually takes between 2-6 business days to arrive at your doorstep, after your order has been processed.
