Return requests must be made within the product return timeframe which can be found on the products page. Depending on the product return policy, return timeframes range from 14-30 days from the date of purchase. If no return timeframe is shown on the product page then the product by default has a 30 day return timeframe window. No returns will be accepted after this time.
Orders canceled or refused after shipping may be subject to restocking fees and shipping fees in both directions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address or phone number leads to a failed delivery, shipping and restocking fees will apply.
A minimum of 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Only unused products in original packaging with the box and pallet can be returned. Installed or used products cannot be returned.
Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned or canceled once ordered.
Unshipped products are subject to our cancellation policy, detailed below.
To request a refund, email us at sales@fitnessrecoverylab.com with your order number, and we will send you the necessary authorization form and return shipping address.
Unused, uninstalled, and resellable products in the original packaging can be refunded within the product's return timeframe (14-30 days), unless otherwise noted. Email sales@fitnessrecoverylab to request a return authorization, including your name, order number and explanation. Item(s) must be returned in new condition with all parts including original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the original shipping and handling costs.
Once we receive and inspect the items a refund will be granted to the original payment method once confirmed that the items are returned in new condition.
If you have purchased the product you have 30 days to return it as long as the product is unused.
Important: Returns depend on the individual brand or product. The return time period for customers by default is 30 days.
The Fitness Recovery Lab default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guaranteed warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
Refunds & Cancellations: We give our customers the best possible return policies. Cancel your order before it ships for free. Exceptions apply for Custom orders.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Refunds usually take 3-10 business days to process.

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded. These include products such as custom-made Saunas which are designed specifically to the customer's specifications. This is due to manufacturing and production commencing on your design specifications which cannot be stopped once the order has been placed. These sales are final and are not possible to refund.
Custom orders are guaranteed to be in perfect working conditions under the manufactures warranty once built as they undergo quality checks before shipping the item to you. Please contact us by email or telephone if you are not sure whether your product is custom-made.
Exchanging products, Refunds, and Returns.
Exchanges depend on the manufacturing brand and product. Please check the specific exchange policies on the product page itself to see if that product is exchangeable. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges need to be covered by you, the customer.
Any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs depending on the manufacturer's return policy, which can be found on the product page. Depending on the product, if you decide to exchange the product with another product in our store we might be able to cover a portion of the return shipping fees.

Shipping Times
We will do our best at all times to get the product shipped to you as quickly as possible. Our shipping times are dependent on the product, manufacturers' shipping methods, and supply chain disruptions.
We have estimated shipping times on our product pages.
Orders can be delayed and are at times unavoidable due to the increased complexity in supply chain issues over the past few years. This can be outside of Fitness Recovery Lab's control. While this is frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding during these times. We appreciate your patience in these matters and for the business you provide us.

When you purchase from Fitness Recovery Lab, you are acknowledging the following Agreement:
When your item(s) arrives, please verify the package; if there is any damage, you should indicate it while signing for delivery. Send pictures of the damaged product, box, and packaging together with a detailed description of the damage to sales@fitnessrecoverylab.com if your item(s) do arrive damaged, and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Within 24 hours of delivery, photos and/or videos must be supplied for freight damage; otherwise, the claim won't be accepted.
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Chargebacks
The team at Fitness recovery lab will assist you with every issue that you may have and try to resolve it in the best possible way. We will do our best to ensure you receive quality products and service from us. Our goal is to provide you with the fastest possible customer service in the industry.
Due to this, any client who submits a fake chargeback will be prosecuted for theft. Please get in touch with us if you haven't gotten a product or if there's a problem with one you have; we'll assist you to sort it out. Do not submit chargeback requests for problems that we can handle together. We appreciate your business.
