The Harvia Cilindro (6kW/8kW/9kW/10.5kW) with Wifi functionality is a sleek pillar-type electric sauna heater that produces high-quality steam due to its large stone capacity. Its pillar design allows for flexibility in sauna layout, as the heater can be easily integrated into the bench or positioned in front of a glass wall for an attractive display.
This Cilindro heater package is made in Finland. It comes with the heater, WiFi connectivity, digital controller, power box and stones- everything you need to get started using your sauna.
The heater has a partially open outer casing at the front, which enables users to benefit from a large stone surface and accommodate a large number of stones in a small space. With its grate-like outer shell, you can control the steam intensity: pouring water on the side produces a gentler steam, while pouring or dripping water directly on the top of the stones generates a more powerful steam.

Safety Clearances: The Cilindro is a floor-mounted unit. Always maintain the minimum safety distances from combustible materials (wood benches/walls) as outlined in the provided installation manual.

Stone Placement: Proper airflow is essential. We recommend loosely piling the included Olivine Diabase stones between the heating elements—never "pack" them tightly, as this can cause the elements to overheat.

Can I pour water on this electric heater? Yes. The Harvia Cilindro is specifically designed for "wet" sauna use. You can pour water directly onto the stones to create steam.
Is this heater safe for a home sauna? Absolutely. It features built-in overheat protection and is UL-listed. For added safety, we recommend the optional Harvia Safety Railing to prevent accidental contact with the heater.
